The Department of Research Management (JPP) is Universiti Malaya’s central body for coordinating and facilitating all research activities under the Deputy Vice-Chancellor Research and Innovation portfolio.
It provides comprehensive support across the research lifecycle, managing grants (pre- and post-award), enhancing global visibility, building research capacity through training and analytics, and supporting the publication of scholarly journals. The JPP serves as the primary strategic and administrative hub for UM’s research community.
