Kuala Lumpur, April 2026 – Universiti Malaya (UM) researchers achieved another milestone in innovation excellence at the Malaysia Technology Expo (MTE) 2026, held from 9–11 April 2026, by securing multiple awards that reaffirm the University’s commitment to advancing impactful research and technology.
A total of seven UM innovation teams were recognised for their outstanding innovations, winning Gold, Silver, Bronze, and Best Awards across various categories.
